01 Roof & Attic Insulation
The first upgrade almost every home should make.
Heat rises, and an under-insulated attic lets it straight out. This is the quickest, most affordable improvement, often done in a day, and the SEAI grant covers a large share of the cost. If you only do one thing this year, do this.
02 Wall Insulation: Cavity, Internal or External
The right type depends on how your home was built, not on a price list.
Cavity fill suits homes with an unfilled cavity. Internal (dry-lining) works where the outside can’t change. External wraps the whole house and renews its appearance. At your assessment we tell you which one your walls actually need, and what the grant covers for each.
03 Complete Home Insulation
One coordinated plan instead of piecemeal jobs.
Attic, walls and floors planned together, so each upgrade supports the next and you don’t pay twice for scaffolding, making-good or paperwork. Useful when your BER matters: for comfort, for bills, or for a future one-stop-shop retrofit.
04 Reroofing
When repair stops making sense, we tell you.
A roof at the end of its life undermines every other upgrade. We’re honest about the line between repair and replacement. When it’s replacement, the new roof goes on fully insulated, so you fix the leak and the heat loss in one job.
05 Chimney Renovation
An open, unlined chimney is a hole in your roof.
Repairing, relining or sealing a chimney stops draughts and damp at one of the most overlooked sources. Often the missing piece in a home that “should be warm by now.”
06 Retrofit Support & Making-Good
The finishing that other installers leave behind.
Heat pump and solar installs often end with holes, patches and unfinished walls. We do the reinstatement, plastering and decorating that make the upgrade look like it was always part of the house.

SEAI grants exist so that upgrading your home doesn't depend on having the full cost up front. Most insulation and roofing-related upgrades qualify. If you're on certain welfare payments, some upgrades are fully covered.
